Demo Company Participating Staff

Introduction and Invitation

Anyone of any skill level is invited to participate. An hour of your time is needed to create your artist profile and upload your artworks.

If this is the first time your company is running the program there will first be an assessment round to find out if there are enough people in the company with artworks or photos to print. This assessment round helps us to determine if the program can go forward. This step is separate from final images that we will print and mount for display. Just go upload some of your favorite personal images now.

Submit Images for Initial Program AssessmentThis button is only active if your company is running an assessment round

What kind of art is accepted for display?

  • Photography
  • Other 2D artworks - drawings, graphic renderings, paintings, printmaking
  • Other flat art such as metals or textiles that you have prepared to be hung on a wall

If you are a professional, we will be producing a quality print and/or framing for your artwork. If you are an amateur or hobbyist, your images will be professionally edited and prepared to be printed.

Private Employee Art Program Community

This private community is our space to work together. If you have questions or want to have a conversation, this is the best place to find me. You can participate as much or as little as you want to here. Most activity for this program will take place outside of normal work hours. Please use a personal email so you don't miss announcements and invites to events.

You have a private group to communicate only with people participating in your own company. We will have group meetings to discuss, critique, and share amongst ourselves.

There is also a public forum to share your art and discuss with people from other companies. Sometimes our guest artists hang out here as well.

This is also where you'll hear about special meetings with our guest artists for meet the artist, critiques of submissions, lecture style presentations, and how-to talks demonstrating their technique.

Submit Your Artworks and Artist Profile

Upload the artworks that you would like to be considered for printing and display. I would recommend that you wait until week five or six of our artwork submission stage before you send in your artworks.

Tell us about yourself and about your artwork. This information will be printed on a card to hang next to your artwork. Please complete your artist profile and upload images at the same time.

Read the Artist and Exhibitor Agreement. Submitting artwork for exhibition consideration shall be deemed to be an acceptance of the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
